Keeping it Moving

Exercise or as I like to refer to it as ‘movement’ is essential to keep your gut strong and healthy continues even on vacation! No vacation from keeping healthy and active! Daily walks and swimming keeps my gut healthy!
My apple watch shows my stats… I averaged 21,000 steps per day and 14km!

Whatever movement you like , makes you feel great and stimulates gut, strengthens your gut… #justdoit!
