March Review All Things IBS

March was focused on the impact of IBS, and there are several factors that can affect it.

Did you know that disruptions to our circadian rhythm, like time changes or traveling to different time zones, can trigger flare-ups? It's true! But don't worry, there are ways to minimize the impact.

Our relationship with food is also complicated, especially for those with IBS. Identifying and planning your eating habits is key, and managing FODMAP foods (which can cause pain and bloating) is essential.

Stress is another factor that can negatively impact gut health. Learning how to manage stress can help keep IBS under control and support a healthy microbiome.

Good gut health is essential for supporting overall well-being and is linked to other functions in the body, like supporting estrogen and the thyroid.

As a health and wellness coach specializing in gut health, I can help you identify triggers and manage your IBS.
