Take your time eating, chew, don’t eat quickly, really enjoy and savour the flavours of your food. Eating slowly also my most sick your digestion.
Eating feeds your body and mind … Avoiding eating drains you of nutrients and energy foods impacting negatively your ability to manage a dynamic day. It will also worsen your #ibs.
Taking lunch is not a luxury but a necessity. Remember take care of yourself to take care of business! Best yet include a friend and have some emotional bonding time 💕
