90 Days to Thriving with IBS

 

This program is for people who have been diagnosed with IBS are not sure where to start on the path to managing it, or people who have had IBS for a while but are not able to fully manage it.

This is a personalized one on one program designed to suit your life and unique personality. The journey towards thriving with IBS will start with an initial 1 1.2 hour call where you will share with me your IBS challenges. We will review program aspects that will fit you best. Review of eating and foods , exercise plan , fitting in stress management activities in your dynamic day, dive into stresses and strategies to manage and end with how to get your blissful sleep.

We will initially meet on a biweekly basis by phone, in person or video chat, with support provided in between sessions via messenger. We can taper off the frequency of meetings once you are comfortable with your progress to once weekly. You will also be provided with supportive information, including easy recipes and tips on easy food planning, easy exercises, deep breathing/mediation practices . Move from surviving to thriving with IBS.

Bi-weekly sessions

When you become a member, you get access to 1-on-1 coaching sessions every two weeks. These sessions are designed to answer your questions and help you carve a path curated to your personal time schedule, health goals and more.

Personalized next steps

Depending on your health needs, I will provide you with next steps catered to helping you address any challenges or situations you’re facing as well as tips for how to stay focused on your goals and your growth.

Future-mindset mapping

Besides overcoming your current obstacles, I also want to help you plan the future of your health. Based on our 1-on-1 sessions, I’ll help you begin drafting future meal & mindset plans to set you up for success.
